Every LINK-OD shipment follows the same four stages. The order matters, because each one produces the record the next one depends on, and the last one is what your buyer signs off.
01BOOK
Reserve a cold unit for your pickup window
Tell us the date, the volume, and your consolidation point: La Trinidad trading post, Buguias, Atok, Kabayan, wherever your farmers deliver. A mobile cold storage unit is assigned to that window. No fleet to buy, no truck sitting idle between harvests.
02LOAD
Weigh, log, and seal
Every crate is weighed and logged against your shipment record on load. Sensors start reading the moment the door closes, so the temperature history begins at your gate, not somewhere along the highway.
03TRACK
Watch temperature, location, and quantity in transit
Follow the unit down Marcos Highway and through NLEX in real time. If a reading drifts toward the edge of your set point, you get the alert while the truck is still moving, so you know before your buyer does.
04PROVE
Deliver, then hand over a report they can audit
Delivery closes the shipment and generates the cold-chain report automatically: full temperature history, timestamps, weights, route, driver, and unit ID. Attach it to your invoice and stop arguing about condition on arrival.
